Island of Pag
At first glance, the island of Pag looks rocky, rugged, surrounded by celestial-blue sea and set under the wing of the Velebit mountain. It is often dubbed “the Island of Stone“ or “Moonscape Island“ due to its somewhat unusual rocky surface with so many different shapes that only nature can create on such a large area.
The Island of Pag is one of the sunniest islands in the Adriatic. Although there are more than thousand islands in the Adriatic Sea, Pag is completely different from all the others; its stone armour hides a centuries-old wealth created by the tireless people of Pag who have always worked hard to create something valuable. One should therefore pay a visit to Pag, discover its many faces and revel in them.
The island of Pag is extremely interesting and will take you a lot of time to explore it, but given the beauty and secrets it keeps, it will be a great experience.
